Perfecto: Who Are We

Perfecto allows sellers and buyers to use creative financing to cut out banks. We are the intermediary that guarantees the transaction and making homeownership more affordable for buyers whilst increasing total return for Sellers.

Today if a consumer gets a loan on a house for $100,000 then they must pay back the bank a total of $250,000 over the life of the loan. We don’t want the bank to make a profit of $150,000 - we want the seller to benefit from safe, guaranteed returns.

How does Perfecto work?

  1. The Seller offers the Buyer financing through a rent-to-own contract that Perfecto has made.

  2. The buyer gives a downpayment with the obligation to buy the house at the end of the lease.

  3. Lease payments count towards the purchase price.

  4. Perfecto acts as a guarantor for both parties to ensure a seamless transaction from start to finish.
